My name is Debra Sury (on the right). I met Dr. Cragg several years ago when I was training for the Spirit of St. Louis marathon in 2007. I was having a few IT problems. I went to see Dr. Cragg and I was thinking to myself I know exactly what he is going to say when he sees me STOP RUNNING! I’ve had several doctors depress me with negativity. Wow! Was I wrong! It was an amazing experience. He worked on me for several weeks and I completed the full marathon in 2007.
Now here I am today sitting at my desk looking at my 2010 Go! St. Louis Marathon. I was having IT band problems again. I called the St. Louis Injury Rehab. They got me in right away. Dr. Cragg worked on me twice a week. Deep tissue massages, ultra sounds, and used the Kinesio taping. I felt really good each and every time I left the office. I was able to reduce my office visits to one day a week then every two weeks. I actually started missing my rehab sessions but I was so grateful for being able to complete my 2nd full Marathon without any problems.
Dr. Cragg and your team THANKS for all your help and words of encouragement. I’m sure I will be back in to see you soon. My next challenge is the Rock N Roll Marathon in Arizona January 16th 2011. I can almost guarantee you will see me before then. Thanks for being so positive.
